predicting next season's to 4? /16/17

Bit early I know! But next season is gonna be harder than ever for teams to make the top 4 chelsea won't be as bad as this season Liverpool will be as bigger threat as anyone under klopp will the rags improve with there bunch of super kids!!! Spurs should be there under a great manager Leicester? Arsenal also there or there abouts! I'll start us off and predict my top 4 for next season.

1. City
2. Liverpool
3. Spurs
4. Chelsea
 
We don't know any summer transfers and there are managerial changes still to be made.
 
City, Spurs and Liverpool. Not sure on the order quite yet.

Edit: I've had to take Chelsea out of my predictions, i'll withhold a final team till after the summer. I think next year could finally be the year Arsenal fall, United and Chelsea have a shit load of work to do and I don't see Leicester doing it again.
