Being wholly OBJECTIVE, what exactly was the difference between Monreal's use of his hand and Williams' use of his hand that results in the award of a penalty against the latter and fuck all against the former. Are blatant penalties that should be awarded to City running at one a game yet or are we still on 0.95 per game?

Williams' was deliberate, Monreal's wasn't.

Williams went to head the ball in the same way Monreal did and he missed, like Monreal and it hit his arm, like it did Monreal.
