WTF were those black bin liners on sticks about in the south stand lower? Everyone was baffled.
When the other team park the bus/defend in numbers, it's a " masterclass" if we lose , however if we win , its boring .You can't blame teams for being defensive against us, even if we are surprised the mighty Madrid had to do it. What rankles is the press reaction of "defensive masterclass" when it happens, along with the "City games are boring" mantra.
City games are only boring when the other team applies a "defensive masterclass". What are they expecting? If the other team comes to play, and is good enough to do it, City games are just as exciting as others' games, if not more so.

Seeing how Madrid were falling over, pretending to be hurt,wasting time , trying to get players booked was a great advert for not the European super league to fail. I couldn't watch that every week.

Absolutely agree with this. So proud of this team.So proud that we had them on the back foot for so long in that match. Over 2 legs we were by far the better team but that's football. Hate penalties, shit way to decide a game. Well done to those that stepped up to take one.

The most frustrating aspect was that we were obviously trying to replicate the Haaland header at Old Trafford with Grealish coming inside before reverse passing to Bernardo. However, on 2-3 occasions Bernardo overhit the cross.
