They will, eventually, be dragged screaming and shouting into the 21 Century. But like has been mentioned above they will choose what will be reviewed. The officials are into 'game management'. What that means is they will do everything they can to keep an 'even'. This entails disallowing goals, ignoring or giving penalties etc as long as it makes the League relevant.
