Return to the top of the premiership?

The BBC says we missed "the opportunity to return to the top of the Premier League after a 1-1 draw at Arsenal. "

Is that true- from memory I didn't think we'd been at the top at all this season except for the first day (and that doesn't count in my book)

At least the BBC got the league name and sport right.

Saracens are currently top of the Premiership.
