Roberts starts for Celtic in SCF

Thought Roberts did really well today. Celtic midfield were moronic & took so long to do anything with the ball that he barely got a pass first half, nobody running off the ball half the time when he did get it on occasion & no return passes when he made a run. Still stayed in the game making angles & attempting shots.

Would be a real asset vs parked busses imo as he will sidestep & shoot, which most of our midfield are allergic to, but also fully capable of playing a dangerous pass.

Just needs to work on his ball recovery a bit more.

Rumours that Shalke and Hoffenhein want him on loan.

I wanted him to stay with us but if clubs like that come in for him I would be well up for it.

Hoffenheim are in the Champions League qualifiers after finishing 4th.

Another year on loan to Germany might help.
