Can anyone recommend me some good earphones for running. I'm just using the standard iPhone ones at the moment but they're a nightmare as they're always falling out.

I've just bought some of these, I like the ones that push into the ear as they are more likely not to fall out, the sound on 'em is decent and ideal for running. Otherwise you'll have to get a pair that go over your head.

got to be these mate, sound quality is amazing, they are the only earphone that i have used that have never fallen out, you get different sized fittings in them for a custom fit.
