Can't see this going ahead... This being released today is no coincidence with the budget also being released.
But my optimistic self hopes that it will go ahead and i have signed the petition.
it's nice to think it would mean cheaper tickets but i can't see this happening, too many greedy bastards in football.
Would mean better atmosphere though, making it easier to stand with friends.

You just heard the big wigs being very diplomatic, the hillsborough justice squad are up in arms.
I have no doubt it was horrible, but its of no relevance to todays argument. What club wouldnt want the chance to stick 5,10k on their capacity without really spending anything ?
Who wants to be the minister responsible for making it so..... i dont think any exist.
