Can someone verify for me i thought MCFC were taking the payment of renewal if paying in full on july 1st obviously after relocating window as if i move to somewhere that is cheaper then it could be amended before payment taken, i see they have already taken payment for my renewal but i am after relocating to a cheaper section, whats the point in doing it this way then creating the hassle of refunding or charging extra?
