Maybe the fact that the wall, on every occasion, was no more than 8 paces away had something to do with it?

What we lacked yesterday was not a free kick specialist, but a referee willing to get the wall back 10 yards rather than 7. That clown Moss kept pacing out 10 yards, and then when the Palace wall had shuffled back about 6 inches instead of 4 yards, walked back around in front of them and drew a line.

10 yards they don't know what it is, how many times do we have a free kick following a foul and the opposition players in no mare than THREE yards away when we come to take it? Sergio got a card for it yesterday, when was the last time an opposition player got one for that?

We had 3 or 4 free kicks just outside the area yesterday. Think they all hit the wall. Debruyne and Yaya both had a go. I was sick of hearing the commentator saying the walls done it's job.
