The value gold are for anywhere but you cant relocate once your seat is allocated as far as I know.regarding the £299 value tickets are they only in SS3? or are they anywhere in the ground?
what happens if you get allocated a seat but your not happy with it can you relocate to another seat?

Anyone know what time the ticket office will be open during renewal/relocation period?
We are thinking of relocating, but the 2 day window for it I will be away in Europe. My dad would have to do it but he's working both days.

Yep, that's true but it's probably best to check that gold/platinum and the cup schemes are how you want them.

As long as your card is still live tge season card will continue,but check the cup schemes you may need to input your card for each of them.Can someone confirm that if we are on D Debit scheme and don't want to make any changes, we just do nothing and it sorts itself.

Cheers for the sarcasm, I'd already tried that and called up.
In the past they've had the office open through the night to take calls, even the girl on the phone wasn't aware of whether this would be in place this year.
