Hi guys hope someone can help. I pay for my seasoncard by dd with my son in laws bank (I pay him he pays the dd) I received a letter from City today stating that my seasoncard payment hadn't been paid for this month (it has been saw his online account) so he called them and to his surprise they said August hadn't been paid either and October's (this payment not due until the 1st so something wrong there) the guy on the phone hummed and heyed and said he would pass us on to the dd team but he gets cut off all the time (3 times he's tried. Who do I contact directly about this not happy to say the least Cheers folks
