Shay Facey (Possible loanee)

Afternoon all!

I've not been on here for a good while (which I'm sure has pleased a fair few of you) but was wondering if any of you could give me a heads up on one of your young defenders - Shay Facey.

Rumour has it that we could be bringing him in on loan as we certainly need some defensive cover. I'm led to believe can play RB & CB and although not very tall, he's quite pacey?

I also believe he travelled to South Africa with the first team too?

Played 45mins against Amazulu and looked alright to be fair.

Pretty quick, worked hard and got up and down the pitch.

Have never watched him in the EDS/U21/U18 so I don't know how good he is/can be.

Decent full back and definitely on the quick side.Needs to go on loan somewhere to play regular football. Played some youth levels for England hasn't he?

The way he defended that counter against Amazulu with poise was exceptional.

Definitely deserves a loan move.
