SKY - what "discount" should I aim for?

Seems everyone is phoning them for some sort of reduction and thought I may as well have a crack!
Currently paying £91 per month

SKY Broadband unlimited (20MB although get 10/11MB and download a fair bit)
Full SKY HD package inc movies and sports
ESPN
Phone bundle

What, if any, discounts are they likely to offer - don't want to accept free ESPN for a month if I cant a longer more substantial reduction!!

A mate works for virgin media and can offer 25% off a similar set up but would prefer to stay with SKY tbh

Fook me my latest Virgin bill is £102.51. I'm only on 10 meg bb, TV package is xl with sports, and free weekend phone calls. Looks like I better get me a better deal!!
