Anybody that can recommend a place for hiring a small PA? Looking for a 4 channel mixer, with one vocal mike and stand for a singer/acoustic guitarist playing a private party .... Sat August 2nd.

My wife's a great personal assistant, 4' 3" in her stocking feet, she can use a mixer and is exceptionally vocal at times. She comes highly recommended. PM me for details

Massive Tech in Bury/Prestwich are very good. Think there website is massivetech.co.uk - they have some package examples on their website. Something like a Yamaha stagepas is pretty popular for that kind of thing. Easy to set up and sounds ok
