Special one not coming then

So, after reading 16 pages on how Mourinho rubbishes a move to us and certain people saying that 'It's All a Smoke Screen', can someone, no, anyone confirm for sure that we are currently in talks with him and that Mancini is definately getting the sack?

Thanks in advance.

Yes there have been talks, meetings and cards are now on the table for all parties involved.

It still doesn't mean that he will be City's manager come next season as that requires Mourinho to be fired by Real.

If that does happen watch this space.

And you're welcome, in advance.

So same as last season then.

This will be some forum on sunday if we lose to the rags ........ meltdown, and Bobby will definately be on his way.

I dont care about excuses it will not be acceptable to lose to the scum on the first and only time we play them at wembley .... we will never live it down

Doesn't change the fact that Mancini needs to be sacked forthwith and frankly, should whistle for whatever pay off he thinks he deserves.

Quick, before he wins anything!

I suppose it's hard to argue against the rest of my post hence the cute one liner.

I'd love to know why you think Perez would be in the slightest bit pleased with a semi final defeat and no La Liga title again. For me he's probably as trigger happy and egotistical as Roman - so Mou is about as secure in his job at Real as Carlo is at Chelsea...

No, because if you happened to check back to April 1st thread I started on the Mourinho subject then it would be clear that City closed the book on Mourinho when it was clear his mind was elsewhere.

There is a significant difference now in that all parties are agreed and City wont be paying £40m compo to Madrid.

In this case he's categorically denied it. "Impossible"... why would he be so definite if he'd been speaking to us or whatever already?

Maybe because he wants to throw people of a certain scent ;-)

Remember Sven 2 weeks before he took our job? And he wasn't in a job.

I don't think it's as bad now as it has been in the past. But then again, I'm not getting involved anymore.

I suspect those two sentences are not entirely unconnected...;-)

Yeah that was my humorous point. I'm funny like that sometimes.

He will jump at the chance to manage United.
He can't wait for Fergie to resign, for no other reason than the fact that Fergie is considered the best in the business. And with him gone, his ego is that big, that it's a title he wants and craves so badly.

But he wont manage us, he's willing to wait for the United job.

I think barchalona coach will be next man city target

He wants a job at the rags 100%

Good.

not a chance of him going to the rags

1) the hierachy (and that will include fergiscum) will not allow his ego to rule the roost

2) any achievement he gets will have always been done before by fergiescum

3) he cant play the underdog card

mourinho going to the swamp would be like "the damned utd part 2"
