My other half is from Sussex.

This morning, i said 'Oop, shite, I squoze too much toothpaste out,' and she has not stopped giving me shit all day for saying 'squoze.'

I'm of course of the opinion that this is a word and is perfectly fine to use as a past simple tense of the verb squeeze. She disagrees and thinks the only acceptable form is 'squeezed.'

What is the consensus on here - squoze or squeezed?

Nothing wrong with a dialectical past participal.
