Why would he leave one of the biggest clubs in Italy where he is pretty much guaranteed to play every game, develop himself as a player, get picked for Italy, and be the main man who gets Milan back to being a force in Serie A again?

Your true but it's very hard to say no when PSG offer you 65m euros for two players...for getting shaarawy we must offer at least 25-30m will be madness!!

They won't sell unless some immoral offer comes and I don't think the money you're talking about is immoral for currently biggest Italian talent. There's lot of people here that think Balotelli should go for 30-40 millions and keep talking about his age and talent so where it puts Shaarawy then - scoring for fun and 2 years younger + doesn't have a bad boy mark to his name.
Plus it would completely ruin AC Milan's image and turned them to small time selling club like they need any of it more.
It's his first full featured season in Milan and it's kinda not respectful to a club as big as Milan for anyone to expect he's reachable even with all Milan's recent backwarding.
