Just on the news. Snow from 2-5 cm possible in lowland areas, and winds up to 60mph.

It's been pretty wild over here in the west of Ireland since 4, when it woke me. Though it seems to be quietening down a bit now. Vicious winds and heavy rain. Surprised the power hasn't gone, but it's holding. At the moment anyway.

Its all very well to make light of it, but I can honestly see an empty bin getting blown over if it gets any worse.

Hope you phoned for an ambulance, NHS has nothing to do today so I've been told.My sons goals in the garden have just blown over. Fear not I have dialled 999 the emergency services are on there way to sort it.
