So they appeal, which conveniently takes the entirety of the transfer window, allowing them to buy as many players as they want, and then when it fails, they appeal again. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I'm convicted of a crime, and I appeal, I don't then get to go home from prison until the appeal is held.
