Swansea V City post match thread

Nope they watered both ends the same unless more water come's out of the sprinklers at that end but it looked pretty much alike to be honest.

there is ways around holding the water on the pitch you can block the drains and soak the pitch and in the game it looked just like that the water was on top and water was seen holding the ball and players was slipping its a very old trick and the pitch is a key part of any good team we will see alot more of things like this and with the weather going to change its now time to have the right footwear (but i think this manchester city team could play on the ship canal and still beat most teams)

It is amazing to see the number of times Pep has us, attacking the space in front of CBs, and that too with 4v4 or 5v5, etc. And we did it even with our midfield foursome playing together with just 1 pure wideman in Sterling. Yes, our midfielders are still getting to grips with adjusting to each other's movement and spaces. Yet, we carved them open with our build-up. Bravo was WC yesterday. Not taking a dig at Hart here, but if any Hart fans are still aggrieved about Pep's decision, watch this game. Explains precisely why Bravo was causing all kinds of trouble to Swansea with our buildup. Hart cannot learn this overnight.

If anything, I'm curious to see Pep play more and more attacking players in the team in a way that we still retain defensive solidity. Can u imagine City playing the midfield foursome, along with Kun, Sterling & Nolito/Sane. Thats 7 WC attacking players even though Dinho is called a defensive midfielder. We do need to finetune a system wherein we can be lethal even without our wingers available. So, if there was such a situation tomorrow due to injuries or suspensions, etc, we dont look clueless.

If only Sterling, Gundo can get more decisive in and around the box, We will be lethal. Exciting.
