All of the above!

Smartie Cookies were my 'wolf down snack' of choice but they have very recently been usurped by Krispy Kreme's Lemon Meringue Pie doughnut (sadly not available in my area but attainable via transport from willing family members)

There is a great Deli in the Manchester Arndale centre.... just as you walk in! Does THE best cakes!!
