Good genes mate, look after yourself with the right food and regular exercise and there’s no reason you (any of us!) won’t reach that ageThats correct.I just look 90.
However my Mum is 94 and it pisses my missus off that she has less wrinkles than her.

She`s so independent and she still made Christmas lunch for 5 of us on Christmas Day and wont have it any other way.The house is spotless from top to bottom but she reckons thats what keeps her going even though she has a few niggling health problems.Good genes mate, look after yourself with the right food and regular exercise and there’s no reason you (any of us!) won’t reach that age
Yes I was chuffed at losing the two and half stone last year but I need to get back on track now the festivities are over and lose that final stone and half plus those extra pounds I`ve put on.
