Apart from Dunne, Bridge and Richards the lads did us proud, even Richards was good the last ten minutes, shame he spent the other 80 out of position. Bridge cant win a ball in defence against any striker from any league, £100k a week pissed up the wall imo. Elano and Zabba played their hearts out, why cant they play like that week in week out?

Hell of a game though, if we'd had the quality up front we could have slaughtered them

kind of agree, bridge got skinned too many times but going forward looked good....


Richards is on another planet.....why the fuck did he stop with 10mins to go and let their winger have a free run holding his leg like he had a damn injury?!?!?!?! thank god the cross led to a corner and i was praying Given to tear in to richards for his part in it.......low and behold 30seconds later hes running about up front......prick

I tell you what Bridge did fucking wrong, he cant defend for fucking shit, yes he can surge forward and put a pointless half-baked cross in, or overlap Robinho who wont pass to him anyway, but one on one at the back he is completely useless, ive been watching him get beat over and over again by every tinpot striker who goes at him.
