Pep's number one job was to reduce the age of the squad and then get them pulling together with a more energetic attitude. Job done - really excited for this season. On a related note I loved seeing Mendy praising Diaz after the game - this is what we need, not the sulking prima donna types.Such a difference in the team atmoshpere nowadays with Pep.
