If you could get anyone, being mentioned (our supposed targets) who would it be..?

Mine would be Roberto Merino. Looks a class act, looks like a Maradona. A Maradona-Kinkladze type player at my football club is welcome. Lescott, Glen Johnson and the rest won't get me off my seat. Just think we need a bit of flair, and an unknown quantity, would be over the moon if we got this lad, and even more pleased than if we got Tevez from the rags!! Saw in the papers we were after him, and ever since i have seen him on youtube i've just fell in love with him, he's my type of player, a real top class individual. Would be great to have another Kinky at our place. Have a look at the little man...

well we have been targeted with ramos which will never reach a deal with real but whilst REAL are about to go into debt they might sell some big named players so i would pursue trying to get Sergio Ramos As he can play Right-Back Centre Back Left Back & Right Midfield & would be city's best siging since Lil Ali Bernarbia.

I would guess that RM will be looking to shift a few of their attacking players, particularly the Dutch contingent (RVN, Robben, VDV, Snejder, Huntelaar). I could see us being in for one of those.

Players like Lescott & Johnson as England internationals & proven epl quality are exactly what we need in building an English spine to the team. Stumpy foreign attacking mids & strikers is a department now fully occupied at the club. Why, when it is so glaringly obvious what we need, can some people still not see it?

They seriously won't. The council also helps Real MAdrid pay off Debts by buying there Training facilities or an equal quantity for £250m in 1 year, then leasing it back to them for a year before re-selling it to them for £1m. The banks also love to pay Real Madrids debts off.
