i'm having a problem getting ticket points added for Shaktar even though i was on the thomas cook trip and went to the game. does anybody know who is in charge that i can contact to get this sorted?

Just checked mine are missing. looking at the history it seems like every so often they have to reload points that have been wiped, according to my points Leicester away was added yesterday, but the Liverpool tickets I bought yesterday were also added!
