Unfortunately they'll never stop. Any nutter with a grudge can just go and shoot up a mall, or a school.....or a sporting event etc, etc. It's just the same old story. Until someone shoots up Capitol Hill or takes out 20 politicians it'll never stop - mind you I'm not sure that'd make a change.
