So going would be Yaya, Nasri, Mangala (only because he's not English and Stones is), Kolorov, Zabaleta (hopefully to return some day), Fernando

9 new players is a lot. But we need fullbacks, we need speed in attack, we need commanding midfielders ....but do we really need a foreign goalkeeper. IMO I'd pay big for a decent English keeper willing to fight head to head with Joe.

No, only 21 plus 4 club trained. The 21 must have 4 homegrown then the 17 free places can be anybody, homegrown or foreign.

Wouldn't Hart count as club trained so not in the 21?
