I'm not sure whether this has been posted before but anyway.

Bit of a heads up for everyone, just been driving up in that region and there are roadworks and temporary traffic lights as you come off the A56 at Haslingden and take a left onto Grane Road (A6177). This will probably be majorly backed up Saturday due to the 7000 of us lot heading up that way, so a different route may be advisable.

just carry on the a56 till you come to the m65 only takes an extra ten mins,that grane rd is a nightmare at the best of times.
