For a long period of time the best player I had seen at City. Thought we were on our way back when we signed him but could not really afford him. Class player. RIP.

Brilliant player, gutted he didn't stay longer. As a pundit he he always seemed truly objective, his comments were based on what he saw and what he knew - there was never any agenda or favouritism. Ah, the good old days.
