That cake shop is amazing isn t it? Kinell , I went in there once and asked for a hot chocolate. It was literally, melted chocolate, topped with a melted chocolate bar with extra chocolate on top just t keep the marshmallows and non melted chocolate o the top . Heart attack in a cup..... So of course you buy a chocolate cake to wash it down.
Thanks for the advice, my BMI has gone through the roof. The hot chocolate we got was like a meal in itself with 2 cookies stuck in the double cream on top of the hot chocolate. As for the cakes!!!
Will definitely go again. The Jewish quarter was brilliant for food and drink, and dirt cheap too (less than £3 for a pint and a wine). One thing we missed out on was actually going to the Opera. Booked on line but then got e-mail saying there was a problem on the site and I had been charged 3300 Euros instead of Forints!!! So the booking was cancelled. Went to the Opera House when we got there but was sold out for Sat and Sun Night except for single seats so we passed on it til next time.
Museum of Terror was another moving experience in the actual building where the atrocities took place.
