CE started for Arg against Ven, lasted 55m - very up and down performance, some nifty attacking actions but too many turnovers. Left with the score 1-1. Both teams went down a man just before half ... both reds for bouncing the ball off an opponent's head. lolz

Tallares 2 - 2 River -- CE came off the bench at 79m, barely touched the ball but had a chance to win the game late dribbling in the box ... bad touch cost him tho. Tallares were all like 7-feet tall so I kinda see why MDM didn't play our boy much. River is not exactly pulling up trees. Wonder if they could fail to make the Copa Libs brackets and release Claudio this Summer instead of next Winter.

Came off the bench to help River come from 1 down and win the cup final.

He got an assist for the winner but it was a great shot from well outside the box.

Saw a fan comment that he came on and controlled the game.
