Over 4 nil winners lovely. Some great stuff Hemps dink over for Roord second which she lobbed over keeper from close range. Also Mary Fowlers finish was superb when she could have blasted it..took her time made sure!

The plastic pitches aren't as bad as they used to be but I'm just glad we got through that unscathed without any apparant injuries and a comfortable win. No real shocks in this round though Tottenham had a scare and Chelsea needed extra time to see off West Ham. Draw takes place tomorrow night at 19:30 (UK time). Let's see who we get.
