I guess we are went through hell in the January window with our views on Kaka ..Villa..Buffron..Terry..joining us for amounts quoted up to 150 million .We kicked off at the thought of Bellamy joining yet for around 12.5 million .. todate he has turned out to be the top rated performer along with Given .
Are super stars really worth 100 million + ??? taking an average of say 50 million each or around 600 million for the star team. Would it not be best to .build a team of proven premier players such as Bellamy ..Given..Ireland ..who play from the heart giving full effort for the whole 90 minutes.
There are more benefits as a team of prem players are easier to manage as against a Multi National team ..some of whom may not be able to speak English.
The prem team would cost an average of 12 million each and a total of 150 million.
Would we see massive ups and downs ..dressing room problems ..and everything that goes with massive egos such as Ronaldo and his personality type.
Would we win cups and the league quicker by going the Super Star route or the proven prem team route .
( In addition the younger lads could be given their chance to play in the blue shirt ).
