A couple I know no longer eat meat but lots of fish. They claim ( supported by online documents ) that supermarket meat contains all sorts of toxins. I'm giving it a go and currently I'm 3 days in. I feel a bit weak and feel that my mood has changed a bit, a lot more irritable! Has anyone else done this and have you felt health benefits?
I was going to do it just for the halibut :)
