I've always liked the look of Megan Campbell - she comes across on the footy field as a bit of a mean bastard! And that throw in! She scored a couple of seasons ago with a throw in from nigh on the halfway line v CFC. The ref had given the goal but the bloody lino had spotted that it had gone straight in! VAR would have allowed it!!
And to be fair she brings more then just a long throw , pretty solid on the left side of defence, centre half or it left back . Maybe player her and Bonner in defence in the return leg to see how it works and give Houghton a rest .

From the Sky Sports app. When was it we played?

First thought even City Women can't make that kit look good. Weir knicked it, Pauline Bremer edge of the box curled it nicely into the corner. Caroline involved and at the second attempt Bremer made it 2-0. Passing was quick and crisp, Mannion showcased more of her defensive talents, funny moment she had to be her own ballgirl as the boy appeared to be falling asleep. Shame that Ellen White is injured but glad Pauline's back, quite impressive my wotm today.

Reading 0 City 2 , could of been more if it wasn't for some poor finishing and touches in front of the goals . But still a 2 nil what counts, without seeming too get on of second gear.
Also great support from the City fans that made the trip , could hear them singing all though the match

Agree about the kit , just doesn't look right for a City team .

Thought we played pretty well, dominated the game, never really looked in any trouble, but agree about the poor finishing, one good save from Roebuck, but they never really threatened. Good solid away win.
