I've got no sympathy for the "victim" there. How many times was he told to get to the back of the car, yet he still continued on walking towards the officer. How was the officer to know what the bloke had/didn't have concealed on him? If you continue to ignore an armed officer's orders, be prepared to drop where you are standing.
