Raheem Sterling - 2016/17 performances

Looks like he's Agueros first(?) non-spanish talking mate at City? I've seen some photos and videos of them in training these last months with them together.

I seems happy at City. Maybe he's just grown up since he left the Dippers?

He looks like he's really enjoying his football despite all the shit he gets from opposing fans (and some of our own fans which is sad). The media like to pick on him also; probably because it sells papers and gets clicks on websites. I hope he does really well for us and shoves it down their throats.

Really pleased for the lad that it's all going well for him. The abuse he had to cope with last year was disgraceful and it's brilliant he is proving them all wrong.

Mate at the club, Aguero is just incredibly down to earth by all accounts, hence no nonsense about him in the media, delph is also one of the most well liked lads in the dressing room, great for team morale!

I'm imagining pictures of Delph and Sergio like this now -

If he played for anyone else we'd be talking about bidding £80m+ for him this summer especially with his Champions League performances. Love watching him play

Everyone should tweet the BBCSport account about Sterling. For some reason, they've not included him being player of the week on their Sportsday page of everything that's happening today, even though there's plenty of room for photos of Ranieri meeting fans, all the managers press conferences etc.

Playing very well and he seems to be steadily improving too. Wouldn't surprise me if he is a much vetter player this time next season.

He is playing with a smile on his face and doesn't hide after making a mistake. Clearly feeling confident.

As I wrote on Sane thread, I hope that it's either Sane or Sterling that wins young player of the year but my paranoia says Dele Alli will win again.

Sterling has made real strides this season. He's a bright kid and evidently keen to learn and improve. His assist the other night was brilliant.

Delighted that he is proving his detractors wrong.

There's more chance of otamendi being crowned PFA player of the year... Won't happen bud. Sterling could literally score another 10 and assist the same and he'd be overlooked for one reason and one reason only... He plays for the enemy!
