Sturgeon wants another referendum

That's fair enough, but I haven't heard anything from the SNP on whether that is agreeable with them and how they would perform such a feat.

As I've heard it, they want to maintain sterling and haven't answered questions on whether they'd conform to the Euro.

And I've heard no policies on how they plan to reduce that deficit, other than unrealistic hopes of sky high oil prices.

Why would you deny the £ if you had the choice?

Are you inferring Sir that this JOXIT has not been thought through at all?

Do you honestly believe we haven't given this thought? That we are all morons who don't understand economics or the real threats we face.

Including threats from our current union to carry out vindictive threats, be they the currency, we won't ket you etc?

It's like a man getting divorced by his wife and he threatens to financially destroy her.

Would you argue being in a relationship where threats to destroy you was perhaps not one founded on love and maybe needed a rethink?

.

Yeah, as if that ever happens

They've got some fucking neck on them have the Dons. The only reason they'll veto Scotland, is because they don't want another country like themselves, who will take more out than they put in. Pure self fucking interest from the sponging twats.

In fairness, I think it's to do with Catalan independence, and allowing 20% of the GDP to dissappear with them.

Although I prefer your version ;)

But if it did. Or if the wife did it even?

Is that the way to go? To behave?
I dont know mate, dont care either. I was just being facetious about the woman being financially ruined in divorce scenario. Im not bothered one bit about Sturgeon or the SNP, its just noise. And a noise that she has to make to remain relevant, since they are pretty much a one policy party. If they want a best out of 3 referendum scenario let them have it. In fact stuff it, just let them go and have independence.

Do you think they are in a majority' and have 56 MPs all down to just wanting independence?

If it was wouldn't that suggest it's all over then? We've won under that scenario of single issue?

We voted them in because they do a better job than both the Tories and labour on everything.

Fine. They will do alright on their own then, more reason to let it happen

I say, good luck to them, go if you going, but remember to wrap up warm and for fucks sake eat some vegetables.

They got voted in because nobody wants the Tories and Labour up here are even more useless than down south. Purely in by default, as soon as the 2nd referendum is ruled out (God willing) they'll be out the next general election.

Yes it is. Nobody is under any illusions that it won't be hard. But, Brexit won't be either. At least we can not have Tories deciding what the priorities are that we don't agree with.
The only thing worrying May is how this affects the Conservatives. It's the only thing any Tory leader worries about and, what she is wrestling with, is giving a population a second referendum if the terms of the first one have materially changed. A precedent like that could have all sorts of implications....

Galloway said the SNP would be destroyed after the Ref.
We kicked the shut out of labour ever since.

Don't kid yourself. Labour are a fucking farce, the Tories are, well Tories, so they can fuck off as well.

Labour extinct through self inflicted wounds up here. The inky way they might come back us after a yes vote and they get rid of the utter imbeciles currently engaged in steering their boat over never ending cliffs.

Bless

An interesting point. I believe that the people didn't know exactly what it all meant. We still don't. Now, if it goes royally arseshaped then any party could put rejoining on it's manifesto
With the explicit promise to hold another ref on EU then if they win power they have a mandate to do so.

Like up here.
