I can see us winning 3-1 lining us up for the tougher game against Chelsea. There again I am an optimist of some note.

We will learn a lot about the team tomorrow.

Win tomorrow and then beat Chelsea on Wednesday (defeats typically follow defeats) and the gap is 6 points. There is no bigger incentive so let's see how they respond and our record at Emirates like Anfield is pathetic for a club with our recent record.

No more excuses, no more missed chances. Show you want to be Champions.

Raz and blondie are not 100% so may not play, out of the next 2 games this one is the best chance for a win so best team available
Lots of away games this month, everyone needs to be fit
Raz and 'Blondie' .... Really?!

Yep, another chance to show us what they ( Manager and team) are made of after the miserable collective failure at Monaco.

The best side in France knocked us out on away goals. That's the nature of matches against the top sides.

We were not at our best and sadly Monaco were. They can do this

A win tomorrow would be huge for us. Seems a good time to play Arsenal, in a bit of a mess, but how often do teams/individual players seem to suddenly turn it on against us to turn around these ruts.

Ensure we don't gift them an early goal that will give them confidence, get through the first 45 minutes level or ahead & they'll get desperate - fancy us taking the win if we manage that.

I'm quite negative about this game, probably 2-1 to Arsenal.

We have much better stats away from home this season, because teams come out and try and attack us which allows our forwards more space to counter etc But Arsenal are better organised than us defensively and to my mind have just as good midfield and attack as us, so I have them as favourites for Sunday.

our last 7 away games we have had 6 clean sheets , maybe we should look at the facts and not listen to the media and pundits , our defence has improved 100% since the bluedippers 0-4 defeat . We have been profligate in front of goal and that has cost us recently , absolutely nothing to do with our defensive frailities

Hoping for an away performance like we did at old Trafford in the league or at West Ham twice but will probably get the Goodison park and King power City team that turn up tomorrow, the way this season has gone.

Hoping the boys prove me wrong !

Another way of looking at it is that in away games against other teams in the top seven this season, we've won one and lost three, having scored two and conceded eight. Added to our historically abysmal record at Arsenal I can see why some are pessimistic.

If we start with a good intensity and high press we will be competitive.

You can always tell within the the first 5 minutes if we will get a result or not by the amount or lack of intensity is in their game.

Getting really exited about Sunday wondering which City player(s) will be clearly fouled in the opposition penalty area without a penalty being given (or outside the Arsenal box in a DOGSO situation without an Arsenal player being penalised). Added spice to see whether the City players concerned will be booked for simulation.
This is the reason I'm considering not renewing next season. I realise the club may be working to address the blatant bias from these appalling "officials" behind the scenes but we are obviously NOT getting fairness from any of these ****s. Absolutely sick of paying to watch referees decide our games. Derby day refereeing masterclass is looming as well, can see more of the same coming. Tired of spending 50 quid a game to watch sterling being fouled in the box time and again risking a booking for being fouled. Sick of checking the liner every goal we score and hesitating. In short I'm sick of being left fucking raging all weekend at decisions we are continuously denied while the broadcast media and bent pundits look after their wallets by following their scripts. Are they told to focus microscopically on our perceived faults and even create them where they can't find them, all the while ignoring our legit claims?

Would rather save that 50 quid and watch an African stream at home or be too pissed to notice the bullshit in the pub. At least that way I won't be fuming at the injustices I see at live games which are completely ignored by the media afterwards. Ignorance of the cheating going on against us would be bliss.

Yeah, I know where you're coming from. You can often tell which City is going to turn up from the early stages of a game.

Big game looking for a big City win! 3-1 for City. Kun with 2 goals and De Bruyne with the last.

We really need to grab the last section of games by the scruff of the neck, start putting chances away and defending as if our lives depend on it. The shit officials we can't do anything about unfortunately. If we are ever to push on consistently in this league it is time we started going to places like Arsenal and Chelsea and winning on a regular basis.
