Don't think so. He insisted on 4.4.2 and Chelsea struggled. He changed it to 3.5.2 and look what's happening.

He went a 4-4-2 because he was trying to accommodate Chelsea/English style. That didn't work so he went to the 3-5-2 system he has used most of his career and forced the Chelsea players to fit into that
