He's not getting easy chances though. It'd be great if he'd tucked away either of his today, but they aren't ones you can really expect him to score.

I understand what you're saying, but I also think that's the difference between a good striker and a great striker. Hypothetically, I think that if Lewandowski had all the opportunities that Aguero did tonight, he'd have scored.

I'd definitely like to see Aguero stay and next season he'll still bang them in against the smaller and midtable sides (Dzeko-esque), but Jesus is the man for the big games.

Played well, unfortunately missed the chances that would of won us the game.

This is acceptable if it happens once in a while but to happen in pretty much all the big games this season is not good. Add his 0 PL assists and the picture becomes clearer.

What's happened to his finishing this season?

Has had the most shots in the league(123) which is 29 more than Lukaku has had but has 7 goals less. Mathematically Lukaku and Kane would have 30 league goals if they'd had the same amount of shots as Serge.
