Seasoncard Renewals 2017/18

Reel em in Oakie.

Can you pay for my season ticket as well. £665.

While you're at it, pay for my cup schemses as well.

Throw in 2 beers a match, and there's no diffference to this season.

Unfortunately for City they won't be getting no cup scheme money, or beer money next season.

I'm sure City can absurb that loss from me, but if 1000's of other fellow blues did that, it would soon hit home. PL football and maybe CL football for me next season. City can forget any EL football if we drop into that.

"Watching City on a Thursday night, playing TNS cos we're shite, after a season ticket rise!" ;-)
So how much extra is yours costing per season,I`m intrigued as I don`t know the costs to other fans, honestly.

Great news on the increases and hopefully more to come in the comings years to help drive away the peasants.*

*I'm joking and pissed off about it.

Mine's gone up 29p per week in the family stand. I could have bought a bar of "Fudge" for that. One every week!
I'm bloody disgusted!!!!
Count me in on any boycott lads, I love Fudge :(

we are a nation that gets screwed every bloody week, what with petrol, food, drink, sky, BT, clothes, insurance, tax, eating out and so on, why should city be different, they are a company what wants to be in the plus not minus, no doubt food and drink next year will be going up shirts will and other stuff in the city store. its not right to do it but they will want as much money for our new signing

I'm not sure it's just a small increase that is the issue with many fans boss
The only other increase I`ve heard of is an additional £15,someone posted on here and genuinely do not know of how much other ST fans have increased. If they have shown a large increase then I don`t think City have thought it through with all the additional new money they received from the TV Companies.

All fair points Blue Llama. However, if City break even, the Sheikh's family save a fortune because we / City help to promote Abu Dhabi on a global scale. I don't think the Sheikh would have entertained the increase if he knew how fans were feeling about it.

It's not about the 2 percent for many of us. It's a failure to listen to the fans. Many of whom are not well paid but packed out Wembley the other Sunday to safeguard the Club from a rag infested media onslaught.
Just a small point the majority of fans are from the m/c area who would love to go to
Do you really think that's true? I think there are a few more women and families, but by and large it is still a working class game. Even at places like Arsenal that's still the case

Just a small point tell the money men not to extend the east stand as they'll never fill it

Electricity has gone up, so City need a few extra quid to put in the meter, cut out most of the West Reception stuff before games, to save electric and my ears from Miss Pikes screeching.

I take it back. I was looking at the platinum price which is obviously £50 more
However, It's scandalous that £50 is added onto a kids ticket for platinum when the ticket only costs £130.
For that reason my lad has had gold for the last 3 years.

the biggest tv deal ever, huge sponsorship deals. there is no need at all to increase prices. the club are making more money then ever, especially from ripping off fans. the club will get what they deserve as more people will bin off cup schemes/platinum, an even worse atmosphere and even more empty seats.

I think football in general is overpriced, but that is another story. A few on here saying the club don't care about the fans or atmosphere, I don't agree with that completely, fan groups asked for a singing section and the club tried to provide that. It just turned out for whatever reason that a load of people who moved into this section don't actually sing much. I think the only way the atmosphere will improve is if a standing section is added, that way groups can stand together and get the songs going. Obviously the club can't do anything about that yet either. Also there are cheap seats in the ground, I made the move the SS3, dropped to gold and sacked off the cup schemes and it costs me £299 a season, which is decent compared to most PL clubs. On the email I got today it said there would be value gold tickets available in other parts of the ground too for £299.

I can only assume they need the extra money to fund messi's wage demands?
If he doesn't come in the summer I'm shredding my season card. /Sarcasm.

In all seriousness, pathetic move from the club really, it's such a non-amount as well, what purpose does it serve? Stupid from all involved.

Lol seriously?

These are the comments I detest most.
I expect nothing from City other than affordability and I'm the type of person that would watch us play on a fucking park against a pub team and get hammered.
Is attend summer friendlies against the smaller amateur clubs as a kid as I just wanted to watch City play.

I ain't assed about Messi or Jesus.
I just wanna watch City, and afford it.
Hoping that there's also some atmosphere.

Seems this is long gone, so it's time for my devotion to move on and allow the Messi fanboys to step in. Selfie sticks all around.

Sorry, I'll amend my post to make it clearer as it seems the wounds are still fresh
