This makes me believe its mendes even more due to the fact that utd are targeting james and we're targeting semedo and ederson (hopefully silva too), so he might be coming to manchester to sort out deals for both clubs at once.
I assume it must be Mendes too, he's the most important agent in football.
It's pretty likely that Khaldoon will be here on Tuesday for the last game and to do his post season interview. Perhaps we're rolling out the big gun to deal with Mendes, Khaldoon has intervened in transfers in the past to get them over the line.

Great keeper, not sure if he's a Pep keeper, but I'd certainly be happier with him than, say, Butland.

I think it's been a while since we heard anything about Walker. Semedo might be an alternative, possibly to do with the Ederson deal, or perhaps it's just that Txiki is doing leg work to see who's available and at what price before Pep chooses?
Julien Laurens isn't a journalist I'd immediately think of as being in the know, but he's not a gossip merchant either.

I'm aware, and nobody is really getting genuinely excited by tolmie's latest hint, but it's ridiculous that some people spend in an inordinate amount of time attacking others for their excitement.
We do have some idea, at least, of who is coming. Here's a rough list where we're at:
Ederson/Pickford
Sandro
Centre Back (VVD, Laporte, Bonucci)
Walker/Semedo
Defensive Midfielder (Fabinho?)
Sanchez
Of those, Sandro, Walker and potentially Sanchez are all at advanced stages.

Well most people can only guess as they aren't involved in the club and have no idea who's coming or going. There's the odd one who likes the attention and will blag they have insider knowledge and the likes of Tolmie who legitimately hears bits and pieces but let's face it, the transfer forum is mainly a car crash.
We'll soon find out won't we. Until then I'll leave it to others to get all giddy about spending hundreds of millions.

It's not exactly a parade, but the point of the transfer forum is to post links and rumours etc, talk about who you might like to come in, give opinions about the players we're linked with.
Some people hate it and that's fine, they can stay away until the "OFFICIAL - PLAYER X has signed thread pops up in the Bluemoon forum.
When someone is turning up once a day to say "it's all gonna be shit, we're gonna get no one, we're just like the rags boo Txiki out!" it's hard to not sympathise with people getting pissed off with it.
