He is right. I'm wary about the core to our team. Ederson is unproven. Stones, otamendi, Kompany and kolarov isn't good enough for me. Gundogan is always injured, toures defensive contributions are about as good as bravos keeping and Fernandinho had a bit of a shit season.
Ederson is a very good goalkeeper who will be a huge improvement on what we had last year. Stones seems to be getting the brunt of the stick from plenty of people but he's a lot better than he's getting credit for. Kompany is the best in the business, bar none. He finished the season having played 9 on the trot and was excellent throughout. Otamendi, having Kompany alongside him also started to look like the real deal. Kolarov has proven he's a more than capable stand in CB if required. Gundogen was unfortunate with his injury, which wasn't the same as previous and will be back to 100% by the time the first ball is kicked. Toure will be a bit part player, and an excellent option to have I certain games. Fernandinho, whilst not having the best seasons is still a quality player to have in your ranks.
Added to that two new fullbacks, Bernardo Silva and potentially Sanchez then I feel your fears are unfounded.

Laughable, let's look at your midfield Gundogan's world class

You're right.

Yaya's an old man who can't run for more than 5 seconds,

Not hyperbolic in the slightest. Yaya is just off the back of one of his best season's in years, but let's compare against Bayern's DMC and, for fun, your equivalent;

Passing Accuracy
Yaya Toure - 90%
Renato Sanches - 85%
Francis Coquelin - 87%

Aerials won per game, average
Yaya Toure - 1.7
Renato Sanches - 0.2
Francis Coquelin - 0.8

Key passes leading to goal scoring opportunities per game, average
Yaya Toure - 0.8
Renato Sanches - 0.8
Francis Coquelin - 0.2

Goals
Yaya Toure - 5
Renato Sanches - 1
Francis Coquelin - 0

Ok.

The rest of them aren't midfielders, they're attacking play ers. Ball dropped big time if you let United get a free run at Fabinho.

"Shit, those other players are actually world class and would walk into any team, better describe them as 'attacking players' rather than midfielders, despite them playing in the midfield."

David Silva and Kevin De Bruyne, that is all.

Oh and defense, Stones is the worst defender in the PL

You have top class forwards like I said but your defense and midfield are absolute toilet.

You mean like Barcelona? I think they're doing OK for themselves.

Nowhere near Bayern's level as a team, delusional to pretend your anywhere near.

Suppose you would know, given I now have to also include the date in Youtube when I want to search for "Bayern 5 - Arsenal 1"

And unfortunately I'm here this May and you haven't been anywhere near any trophies because your manager didn't strengthen your weaknesses.

We would have been closer than you lot if not for a wrongly disallowed goal.

If Pep doesn't strengthen your defense and defensive midfield through the core, your guaranteed not to win anything again. Improving the fullbacks alone won't fix your defense

And he will, don't worry.

We'll sign Sanchez too though.

Got to give it to you. You have one thing to look forward to this season. You will not be knocked out of the CL by that certain team *COUGH* 10-1

Going of his love in with Bayern they must his second team now after they got battered by them...

There is no chance their board will pay Sanchez what he is demanding from Arsenal. On top of that, the expensive signings they will want to make in trying to get them back in the Champions League and stay in the competition.

Ignore the idiot lads,at the end of the day they are stuck with Wenger, just sit back at smile at that thought!

We'll see what happens. Can you not understand where I am coming from though? We've got otamendi who's inconsistent and can't be relied on to run a defence. Stones is a classy defender but he's got a mistake in him every game. Kompany did play 9 games in a row at the end of the season but he's been injured for the past 2 years, no way we should be relying on him being fit. Kolarov is an okay back up. I've already explained about our midfield. I feel like we may get by with our midfield options, but our centre backs aren't up to scratch.

It must be close now that all these trolls start posting about Sanchez

You can smell the fear. Arsenal are in the worst position of all the clubs in the top 6 by a country mile. Their best player by some distance is leaving this summer. Their supporter base has never been more divided. The manager they're divided over has just signed on for another two years which ensures that the negative dynamic will only become even more self-perpetuating. Europa League to PL weeks are a different ball game to when you play CL football. My guess is Arsenal will be nowhere near the top 4 next season.

That's part of the problem they have with Sanchez. It's hard for them to sell him any kind of ambition when the truth is they don't have any.

I just don't see any reason why we won't improve as a group 12 months into Guardiolas appointment. The signs were there last season but ultimately we didn't quite have the quality where it mattered most. Both fullbacks way past their best, a goalkeeper who struggled and our captain sidelined alongside Gundogen, who I feel would have made a huge difference when it came to the business end and there were players out on their feet through playing too many minutes.
I'm highly confident we will rectify the mistakes that were made this year.

This should have the gif of the arsenal fans below it, the one after Adebayor scored and ran the length of the pitch to them

I hope so!

They will implode next season - Wenger's new deal doesn't solve anything - it's the ultimate provaracation. Two years is nothing and as soon as they lose a couple of games next season the protests will start all over again. Their fan base demand success but football has changed and Arsenal with their conservative approach are slowly getting left behind. I can honestly see them finishing 6th or 7th next season after they have toured the obscure corners of Eastern Europe on Thursday evenings....
