The fucker has been stringing us along,reminds me of attention seeking knobheads look at me,look at me types obviously if this deal has or is done within the next 24 hrs then ignore this post ;-)

He was able to get Silva/Ederson done instantly, and then the whole Alves debacle dragged on where we lost Alves and he instantly gets Walker done the next few days. Mendy was always going to cost a lot for being one of the top young players in his position, which everyone knows will command a big fee with money in football expanding even more in the coming years. The Mendy domino should've fallen a few weeks ago so we can concentrate on the backup LB/RB or a CB depending on what Pep wants. Just dislike the 2 month saga.

On the one hand you are telling him to throw money at Monaco, but on the other you are bemoaning "wasted" millions in the past

Not sure I necessarily agree with that as such but it has an air of Eden Hazard about it if you remember those shenanigans.
 
I seriously don't understand why ppl are criticizing Mendy, he really wants to come to City. He's been tapped up by Pep, told his entourage and family he's moving to Manchester to be with his "cousin" Bernardo, he's told Liverpool and Juve to fuck off, apparently he's texting City players telling them he can't wait to play with them, he's following Walker and Ederson (and liking their City related pics), he recently told Jardim and Monaco's DofF he really wants this transfer (oral transfer request), all this on top of wearing Union Jack shorts. Yes, he's bit of a wind up merchant but he's just having a bit of fun. He's probably just as anxious as we are. Txiki is the problem, not Mendy imo.
 
An air of the Walker transfer this one. We know it's done, Txiki knows it's done, Pep knows it's done, f&@king Mendy knows it's done but we're all scratching our bollocks (except for Karen) as to why he's not yet had his picture taken yet. Ps #RicIn

Ricin?? Bit of a harsh punishment for being slightly off-target (hopefully). Surely a temporary ban should suffice.

Maybe he didn't factor in the Courvoisier and Champagne Mendy was drinking yesterday! Agent "Mendy we've got a flight booked for you to Manchester today get up" Mendy "F@&k no I can't move and I need my eyebrows to grow back before I get snapped with Txiki!"
