Well yeah but he's not exactly a speedster so would be changing the way we play anyway, think its more likely we see Sane as a lwb if we really had if because Bendy and Danilo were both out.

True he's not the quickest so he could never play lwb, but in a 442 he could do a job
 
Looks like we're not getting either Sanchez/Mbappe so i would personally go all in for VVD.

Kompany/VVD/Stones/Ota/Tosin is a solid selection of CBs
 
We need Van Dijk. Very good on the ball and a big powerful unit. When/if Kompany gets injured we need another commanding CB and he fits the bill. I worry about our defence and will be interested to see how we cope with power and size of this Man Utd team.

It looks like PSG are the only ones willing to pay the fee Monaco have asked for Mbappe and the Sanchez transfer imo looks dead in the water, things can change but i just don't see us getting either..

Crap, Sanchez on a free in the summer will still provide great tears from Gooners.

That's been mooted by ESPN. Since we cannot find a suitable CB, it looks like we're going to give Mangler another chance.

Looking more than likely,I like mangala,but he has the tendency to have lapses of concentration in games,I think we need to address this position more than looking at mbappe and Sanchez ..

I think it's a possibility if we can't sign someone good enough. Better hold fire and avoid the likely shafting on Mangala's wages through a dodgy loan somewhere.
 
For me its we either go out and get a top CB like VVD or someone like Koulibaly would also be great or we keep Mangala, no point in spending 20-30m on someone like Gibson.
