Do these reports change anything?

If Wenger's decided to dig his heels in, we still need Sanchez to hand in a transfer request - ITKs have said Pep doesn't want this.
 
It will take an offer that outweighs Arsenals sporting objectives ie the fee becomes more important ala £65 mil range for me.
 
Also, by this now becoming public, whether City leaked it our not, it now puts an enormous amount of pressure on Arsenal to risk losing him on a free next summer for nothing when there is a very lucrative bid officially made and made public.

Yeah, the fact that the reporter publicly dropped the agent's name, there is no coming back from that. If it's not true, no agent will ever talk to him again. So clearly, the agent wants this to be officially announced to the public, possibly at the encouragement of City to quicken the pace.
