It is unbelievable that when bang average players are going for 30 million nobody in the premier league snapped him up. You are telling me he is not good enough for Newcastle, West Ham, Brighton, Burnley, Stoke, Leicester and a whole lot of other clubs?? It is unbelievable.

Its his wages that are the prob, not one of the mentioned clubs could afford them unfortunetly
 
Reminds me a bit of Robinho, obviously has world class quality but he has a shit attitude and just ends up becoming anonymous in half the games. Never found any consistency at all apart from towards the end Pellegrinis title winning season.

Don't think we ever saw the best of him or his Arsenal form but he did give us some great memories.

Here we go again can't just wish well and thank him for what he did for the club typical of a MUEN worker I suppose attitude like you know him..
Bit like the story about the team being upset about him being on pre season and bad attitude which were proven to be all lies and bullshit so don't start it on this thread...

To be fair mate.....something has been putting teams off? He's a good player and would get in alot of starting 11 teams in the prem, so it has to be the off field stuff that have scared teams away. The club has kept dropping its asking price and could only get a loan deal last season, so teams hardly banging down the door to sign him. Wish him all the best with the move but if his head was on right, he could have been playing at top level for many more years.

WTF are you on about.The world and his wife knows he`s got a bad attitude so its NOT bullshit ... its a fact as well you know it.We have since the days of Bellamy and now even Joe Hart are/have being removed from the club for that very purpose.You must be very naive if you think otherwise.
Pep asked him to stay last season but he said no and then we take him away with us to the States and he turns up like an arsehole.Great footballer ... shit attitude.He thinks the footballing world owes him ... just ask his French team-mates.
Likewise YOU also don`t know him but I`ll take the word of people who work within the club who have told me directly that the Club can`t wait to see the back of his arse.
 
If we've got 8m for him and he's off the wage bill it's incredible business.
I'm not sure there's any truth in that rumour though. Way too good to be true.

But you just said that Pep asked him to stay last season so he can't be all bad. Anyhow, I go to football to watch talented individuals and I loved watching Samir.
